Most of my older childhood memories are rooted in the years I lived in an east-end Bridgeport CT cold water flat with my four brothers, my mom and dad, and my mom's parents. I may visit that and a few of my other lives in this blog, but mainly I'll write about other wackiness. And while not nearly as good as a neighborhood tavern for having good conversation, blogs are the next best thing here in the land of naked-women-pictures- finder, aka the Internet, so feel free to jump in with your views.
My significant other and I have been invited to a friend's home for dinner next week. And as it happens, they have a cat named, I kid you not, "Chicken."
We're sure hoping this is not what they meant when they said we're having chicken for dinner...
